Our crew at Electric Playhouse fiercely loves the Southwest. It was with that love that we were proud to create and offer Foraging the Southwest: a dining event showcasing ingredients wildly grown and foraged natively around the region. We worked to pair the flavors with projected visuals that took diners on an awesome journey through the highlights of the unique terrain we treasure so much.
